What file formats do you accept for engineering parts?
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, and most other common 3D file formats. STEP/IGES files preserve exact geometry for higher-precision prints. Share via WhatsApp or email.
What dimensional tolerance can you achieve with FDM 3D printing?
FDM printing achieves ±0.2–0.3 mm tolerance on most dimensions. Resin printing achieves ±0.05–0.1 mm. For tight-tolerance mating surfaces, we recommend designing in 0.3 mm clearance on FDM parts.
Can you print functional mechanical parts that will be under load?
Yes. PETG and ABS are well-suited to functional parts under moderate mechanical load. For high-stress applications, we can print with increased wall count and infill, and recommend PETG or ABS. Always prototype and test before production use.
Do you offer bulk discounts for repeat engineering orders?
Yes. For recurring orders or batches of 5+ identical parts, contact us on WhatsApp to discuss a project rate. We regularly work with engineering firms, manufacturers, and universities in Jordan.
Can you help with designing the part if I only have a drawing or specification?
Yes. Our 3D design service takes 2D engineering drawings, specifications, or even physical samples and creates a printable 3D file. Design fees start from 5 JOD depending on complexity.
