How much will it cost to print my model?+
Pricing depends on the weight and material. Most standard prints range from 5 JOD to 20 JOD, but heavy or complex parts cost more.
Do you charge per gram or per hour?+
We charge per gram. This is more transparent for the customer than hourly rates.
What's the cheapest material?+
PLA is the most budget-friendly option. It is perfect for decorative items and early-stage prototypes.
What is the cost of 3D printing in Jordan?+
PLA printing starts from approximately 0.07 JOD per gram. Final cost depends on size, material, and complexity.
Time & Deadlines
How long does printing take?+
Typically 1 to 3 business days. The actual print time depends on the size and layer height of your model.
Can I get it done today or tomorrow?+
It is possible for small parts, but machines are often booked in advance. It is best to send the file early in the morning for a chance at next-day pickup.
Do you offer rush orders?+
Yes, we offer a Rush service for an extra fee (usually 50% more) to move your project to the front of the queue.

What file format do I need?+
STL is the standard. OBJ and 3MF are also widely accepted.
Can you design it for me if I don't have a file?+
Yes, professional CAD design services are available. You can provide a sketch with dimensions or a physical part to be replicated.
Can you fix or edit my model?+
Basic repairs (closing holes in the mesh) are often included, but major design changes are billed as design time.
Do you offer 3D design services in Jordan?+

What materials do you offer?+
The most common are PLA, PETG, ABS, and Resin. Carbon fiber and flexible filaments (TPU) are also available for technical jobs.
Which material is strongest?+
PETG or ABS are best for strength and impact resistance. For extreme durability, Nylon or Carbon Fiber-filled materials are used.
How smooth or detailed will it look?+
FDM (plastic) prints have visible layer lines. If you need a perfectly smooth surface with tiny details, Resin (SLA) printing is the better choice.

What is the maximum size you can print?+
Most standard printers handle up to 25×25×25 cm, but industrial-sized machines in Amman can go up to 50 cm or larger.
Can you print large objects in one piece?+
If it fits the machine's build volume, yes. If it is larger, the model is split into parts and professionally bonded together.

PETG and ABS handle heat well (up to 80–100°C). Most plastics are naturally waterproof, but thin-walled prints may leak unless treated.
Is it safe for food or kids?+
PLA is non-toxic, but 3D prints have tiny ridges where bacteria can grow. For food use, parts must be coated in a food-safe epoxy.
