What if I don't have an STL file?+
No problem — we offer CAD design service at 20 JD/hour. Send us a photo, sketch, or written description and we'll design the model from scratch.
Can I pick up in person?+
Yes, pickup from our Amman workshop is always free. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.
What if my file has errors?+
We check the file before printing and notify you of any issues. Minor mesh errors are fixed at no charge. For major issues we quote the repair at our design rate.
Can I change my order after confirming?+
Changes are possible before printing starts. Once printing begins, changes cannot be made to the current order but you can place a new one.
