3D Printed Plastic Car Parts in Jordan

A broken clip, a missing AC vent slat, a lost cover, or a part for an older model the dealer and scrapyards no longer have? We 3D print it in Amman in materials that survive car heat in a Jordan summer.

How we print your car part

1. Photograph the part

Photograph the broken part or where it fits, next to a ruler, and tell us the car make and year.

2. We measure & model

We model it from measurements or from the broken part (20 JD/hour of design).

3. Heat-resistant print

ABS or PETG for interior parts, TPU for rubber-like parts.

4. Fit & test

Fit it yourself or at your mechanic; small adjustments are re-printed.

Why we do not use PLA for car parts

A closed car in a Jordan summer goes above 60–70 °C, and PLA starts softening around 55–60 °C, so parts warp. We print car parts in ABS, which handles up to about 100 °C, or PETG for parts out of direct sunlight.

Car part materials

MaterialPriceUse
ABS0.12 JD/gramDashboard parts, AC vents, anything in the sun
PETG0.12 JD/gramClips and holders out of direct sunlight
TPU0.20 JD/gramRubber-like parts: gaskets, dampers, flexible covers

Most clips and small parts cost 1–5 JD to print, plus design time if there is no existing file.

Car parts printing FAQ

Can plastic car parts be 3D printed?+

Yes, for non-safety parts such as clips, AC vents, covers, knobs and holders. We print them in ABS or PETG so they handle car heat.

How much does a printed car part cost?+

Clips and small parts are usually 1–5 JD to print. If the part needs modeling, design is 20 JD per hour and most simple parts take 1–2 hours.

Will the part survive summer heat?+

Yes when printed in ABS, which handles up to about 100 °C. We do not use PLA for car parts because it softens at 55–60 °C.

My car is old and the part is discontinued. Can you make it?+

Yes, this is one of our most common requests. Send the broken part or photos with measurements and we remodel it.

Do you print engine or brake parts?+

No. We do not print any safety-related part or anything that runs inside the engine.
