Custom Plastic Replacement Parts in Jordan
A small plastic part broke and now the whole appliance or chair is useless, and the dealer will not sell the part on its own? Send us a photo or the part itself. We measure, model and 3D print a replacement, sometimes in a stronger material than the original, for far less than a new appliance.
How we make your replacement part
1. Photograph the part
Photos from several angles next to a ruler, or bring it to our Amman workshop.
2. We measure & model
We measure with calipers and model the part (20 JD/hour; simple parts take 1–2 hours).
3. We print it
PETG for parts under load or moisture, ABS near heat, TPU for flexible parts.
4. Test fit
We print, test the fit, and adjust if a small tweak is needed.

When printing is not the right choice
Parts that carry very heavy loads, touch hot food, or sit in boiling water or above 100 °C may need another manufacturing method. Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly whether printing suits it.

Can you make a plastic part that is not sold anywhere?+
Yes, that is most of what we do. We measure the original or broken part, model a copy and print it in a strong material such as PETG or ABS.
How much does a plastic replacement part cost?+
Printing is usually 2–8 JD for small parts. If the part needs modeling from scratch, design is 20 JD per hour and most simple parts take 1–2 hours.
My part is broken in two. Is that enough?+
Usually yes; we piece the halves together and measure from them. Send clear photos next to a ruler or bring the part to our Amman workshop.
Is a printed part as strong as the original?+
For most uses yes, and sometimes stronger because we pick the material and thicken weak areas. We tell you up front if a part is not suited to printing.
Can you print several copies?+
Yes. Once the part is modeled, any number of copies can be printed for the print price only.
